The well-known pharmaceutical company, Lundbeck Pharma A/S, goes live with a hosted version of the ground-breaking CDM Optimize Pharma system built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
The launch was kicked off with two educational sessions for the employees. Accordingly, the solution is now actively supporting the Lundbeck sales representatives and back office employees in their effort to create awareness of Lundbeck and its products among Danish physicians.
Moreover, as a result of the success with implementing the system in Denmark, CDM Optimize Pharma is also to be implemented at Lundbeck in Iceland.
